Far more serious than a mere side-project, City and Colour is Dallas Green at his most open and honest.
Dallas Green, guitarist and vocalist for Alexisonfire, began his City and Colour project during downtime with his day-job, and in 2005 released a collection of songs that began as mere ideas that weren't suited to the next Alexisonfire album. This went by the name 'Sometimes'. A live album followed, along with a DVD to boot, and then in 2008, the mighty 'Bring Me Your Love' was released. Here at Hassle Records, we listen to C&C in those moments we all get where we just need to be lullabied. Beautiful.
