Quite simply legends within this scene and with no need for further introduction, here are The Get Up Kids.
Having worked with The Get Up Kids in the past on some releases through Vagrant Records, we virtually jumped for joy when they came to us and proposed the idea of working together again - this time on their 'Simple Science' 10" EP. These five Kansas City forefathers of the genre have crafted some of the most influential songs around and are beloved by pretty much the rest of our roster. Pre-order their first new material in six years at the Hassle Records store now and be sure to catch them throughout Europe in Summer 2010.
