Arguably one of the hottest properties of 2008, 2009 has seen Four Year Strong record one of the very rarest commodities in music, a genuinely brilliant covers album. Get ready to re-live the very best of the '90s...
Four Year Strong band signed to Hassle in the early stages of 2008 and we released 'Rise Or Die Trying' to tie in with their masterful performances at Give It A Name. Carnage ensued later in the year on a triumphant support tour with New Found Glory, before the band laid waste to London's Underworld in December. 2009 saw the band on the US Taste Of Chaos tour, before heading to the studio to record new album 'Explains It All', a series of covers inspired by the band's love of the decade that inspired them - the 1990s. 'Explains It All', featuring reworkings of songs from No Doubt, Nirvana, Everclear, Alanis Morrissette and more, is released on 20th July 2009.
Four Year Strong are:
Dan O'Connor (guitar / vocals)
Alan Day (guitar / vocals)
Joe Weiss (bass)
Jackson "Jake" Massucco (drums)
Josh Lyford (synth)
