Quite simply one of the best and most adventurous pop bands around, Say Anything are finally part of the Hassle Records family. It took us a while, but, like the Mounties, we got our man!
The brainchild of one of the most prolific and
thorough songwriters with the 'emo' scene (we use that word very
loosely), Say Anything really is Matt Bemis' baby. Based out in Los
Angeles, California, the band had released three EPs and two albums
before we got our mitts on them to release 2008's 'In Defense Of The Genre'
- an ambitious double album featuring guest appearances from everyone
from members of New Found Glory and Saves The Day, through to Gerard
Way of My Chemical Romance.
