We’re often asked about our relationship with Vagrant Records, and it seems it confuses a good few of you.  Well, we’ll try to explain it here. 

Basically,we’re homeys of the highest order. Brothers till the end.  Warriors fighting together for the good of all mankind...

To put it another way, we work very closely with them. In a simplified nutshell, we distribute their records.  Simple as that.  However, we are not the same label – they are Vagrant Records, we are Hassle Records. Neither of us is in a position to influence who the other signs and neither of us would have it any other way. Think of us as good buddies, but with two very distinct personalities.  True we may cross over in some ways (we've released Alexisonfire & City and Colour in the UK, they do it in America), but we’re separate entities.  We just like to hang out with each other all day.
